- Jeff Victor studied art/design at the University of Kansas and has worked as an illustrator ever since. Great interview! I'm very happy for you that your hard work has paid off. It's awesome how you just went for it and moved out to LA. Also, which suburb did you come from? I'm out in the Elgin area myself. Great to see the new work too, you are a machine!

I was born in Park Forrest, and when I was in High School, my folks moved us to Buffalo Grove. I moved to LA after college in my early 20's.
